RainClock is $79 a month with a 14-day trial. The trial is the try-before-you-buy: you can cancel during it and pay nothing.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime, self-serve, from the billing portal on your account page. No email, no phone call. Your subscription runs through the end of the period you paid for, then stops billing.
Refunds
We do not prorate or refund partial months. If something went wrong on our end (a double charge, a billing error), write support@rainclock.com and we will fix it.
Your records after cancellation
Binder export is always available, including after you cancel. The audit trail outlives the subscription: if your project ends and you cancel at your Notice of Termination, export the binder first and keep it for your permit’s retention window (generally three years).
